Small Business Committee Seminar Creating a Culture of Customer Service

The New Orleans Chamber of Commerce will host a Small Business Committee Seminar this Wednesday, October 17, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Registration & Networking ~ 11:30 a.m. – Noon ;Program ~ Noon – 1:00 p.m.) at the Jones Lang LaSalle Building – 1515 Poydras St., 5th Floor Conference Room, New Orleans, LA 70112

Culture is established by the head of the organization. Having a vision for the business is not enough.  It begins within the ranks of the business. By extension standards are set and leaders should practice a consistent message of how employees treat each other as well as customers.

Please join  dynamic speaker Marvin LeBlanc of Marvin D. LeBlanc Insurance Agency, Inc and Marvelous Performance Systems who will examine:
  • Establishing core standards and expectations on how customers should be treated
  • What the customers experience should be and how to recover if you don’t fulfill the customer expectations
  • The importance of giving employees authority to solve issues and holding staff accountable for their decisions
