MoveYaBrass Monday Shakeout Run
Monday, April 24
Personally I think there’s no better way to get your week startetd than some exercise. I’ve enjoyed running 2-3miles with this crew at City Park (spring/summer) because it’s as simple as meeting in front of NOMA, a quick intro and stretch and off to it. You run or walk at your own pace. Running with a krewe is also a great way to cut time off of your miles, I have a tendency to drift off into my own thoughts and lose track of my speed. A committed krewe keeps you focused, of that’s something you need. Join #MYBKrewe every Monday at 6pm sharp!

Friday, April 28- Sunday, April 30
I mean seriously, this year’s lineup…c’mon son! Please believe we will be leaving the office early on Friday to hear Nas and our very own Soul Rebels. What’s not to love about this festival, the food alone is a reason to purchase a ticket. No worries if you can’t make it for weekend 1 (Nas & Soul Rebels, Alabama Shakes, Usher & The Roots, Maroon 5, Lorde) then there’s also weekend 2(PJ Morton, Earth, Wind & Fire, Corinne Bailey Rae, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Wonder, Robin Barnes) The question really is, how do you make it to all 7 days?!
