The Amistad Research Center will celebrate the life and legacy of Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall at Morton’s Steakhouse. The evening will feature a special Pre-Reception at 6:00PM, followed by the prescreening of Justice Marshall’s biopic “Marshall” at the Theatres at Canal Place at 7:30PM. During this commemorative event, Amistad Research Center will honor The Louis A. Martinet Legal Society’s Founders as legal giants within the New Orleans’ community.
