The satirical parade rolls in Faubourg Marigny and the French Quarter starting at 6:30pm. The overall theme of this year’s parade is “Bienville’s Wet Dream,” which refers to the 18th-century French-Canadian explorer’s vision of a flourishing settlement in the swampland.
